The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following selection criteria:

1. have a very good experience on project management

2.have a good presentation skill and communication skill

3..Be expected to take a pro-active approach to identify design risk and deliver high quality design and product.

4.Good at Pro-E, preferred if familiar with digital simulation tools: static and dynamic analysis/ Good at Tolerance stack analysis

5. Good command of both oral and written English

6. Autonomy, ability to take initiative

7. Very organized, rigorous, and good team spirit

8. Good communication and project management skills Preferred academic qualifications and background

• Bachelor or above degree majored in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering

• prefer: More than 5 year Experience/Knowledge about switch/ contactor/ relay/ other power products, Solid working knowledge of product design, development and industrialization processes
