The role will report to the Director of Logistics Transformation, based in the Franklin TN GSC NAM regional hub with some travel to US and Mexico sites.
Responsibilities:
Planning and Governance:
Lead regional deployment planning and set scope including processes, master data and applications;
Establish and animate robust operating and steering governance, manage regional and global stakeholders to secure decisions.
Define project charter and detailed schedule (WBS), risk register, communication plan etc.
Set program financials and budget oversight with finance, manage program business cases.
Structure and oversee multiple deployment projects under the Trilogy program.
Manage the complete program management lifecycle using PMP and SE PMO tools and methods
Establish comprehensive resource planning with an efficient organization structure
Ensure compliancewith global processes, applications, international trade regulations and standards.
Change Management and Transformation
Align project goals with business objectives. Develop and implement change management strategies that foster engagement, collaboration and ensure the successful adoption of change.
Assess the impact of change, leveraging change management tools and methodology.
Ensure training programs are adequate to ready users for the new solution.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to define transformation goals and lead initiatives to prepare for the solution adoption and standardization of processes.
Program Execution
Risk Identification: Identify potential risks that could affect the project.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate the identified risks based on their impact and likelihood of occurrence.
Risk Mitigation: Develop specific action plans to mitigate or manage the identified risks.
Contingency Planning: Develop contingency plans for high impact risks
Monitor and improve risk mitigation strategies through the project lifecycle ensuring effectiveness.
Qualifications and Experience :
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, ERP deployment, WMS, TMS and Global Tade solutions
Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills.
Experience leading the project teams, collaborating and communicating with stakeholders
Advanced knowledge and experience with ERP solutions including WMS, TMS with deep understanding of supporting master data, configuration and ERP integration
Expert level project management skills including planning, risk management, change management and stakeholder management
Excellent organizational, time-management, prioritization and analytic skills to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessment.
Strong understanding of distribution processes
Problem solving capabilities and use of structured issues action and risk management tools
Highly effective working on cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in a time sensitive, fast paced environment
Advanced user of Microsoft Office including MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint and Visio
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Computer Science or Information Technology
Project Management Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, and/or Agile preferred
