Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following fields:
Human Resources Management
Economics and Management
Law (preferably with coursework or specialization in Labor Law)
Industrial/Organizational Psychology
Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical mindset and experience in handling and interpreting data
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data management tools (Power BI, Tableau, Power Platform)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
High level of confidentiality and ethical standards
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent in English (Upper-intermediate to advanced level)
Previous experience in multinational environments is a plus
