Lead and provide technical mentorship to a team of Application Development Engineers while maintaining hands-on involvement in customer solutions
Deliver strategic design expertise and technical consultation for complex customer applications and requirements
Own the engineering and technical aspects of projects/orders, from the concept/offer to drawings creation/approval and release to manufacturing
Develop detailed engineering studies and conceptual designs while ensuring alignment with customer specifications
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners while identifying and mitigating potential risks - Sales, Offers Managers, Quotes, Operations
Create compelling technical sales presentations and commercial arguments for customer engagement
What will make you successful:
Proven track record in technical design and engineering with deep expertise in application design
Strong leadership abilities with experience in mentoring technical teams
Advanced understanding of system architectures, engineering best practices, and industry standards
Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions
Outstanding communication skills to effectively present technical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience successfully playing a leadership role on Engineering or manufacturing teams
Knowledge in the next areas
Proven skills in building, approving & writing technical documents, drawings and reports.
