Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or above
• At least 5 years of expertise in Industrial Automation and/or the industrial technology sector (software or hardware)
• Proven capability of leading a sales organization with team management experience*
• Experience as leader driving strategy and team facilitation
• Experience with financial, cost, pricing and data-driven analytical skills*
