-   Initiate, define, plan, communicate and follow up any improvement project related Breakdown time reduction for critical equipment (MTTR, MTBF KPIs)

-   Drive, provide clear guidance & coach maintenance technician for trouble shooting guide for single breakdown type to give the best response time (minimum time) & provide clear guidance
-   Coach maintenance technician to improve skill competency by training & etc.
-   Perform data analysis to understand individual equipment performance and its characteristic (repetitive issue in critical equipment), recommend problem solving action based on structural data analysis, based on six sigma project approach

**Qualifications**  
  
Education :  
  
Bachelor degree (S1/DIII) Automation, mechatronic or Electrical Engineering Automation Control  
  
Job Related Experience:  
  
At least 5 years in Maintenance Engineering in automation machine  
  
Business Understanding :  
  
Mechanical Design, Electrical design, PLC & HMI, Automation system, Lab View, C++, Visual Basic, Other programming language  
  
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):  
  
English, Ability to use MS Office, Lean sigma mindset, Presentation & Communication skill.
