What You'll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate monthly payroll activities with our external payroll provider
Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
Act as the key liaison between internal stakeholders and payroll partners
Drive process enhancements and support business transformation initiatives
Ensure high-quality time, attendance, and absence reporting
Provide expert guidance to employees, managers, and HR Business Partners
Collaborate with HR Shared Services across the Nordics and Europe
Support digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects
Contribute to a strong, cross-country HR Services team
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in payroll administration, ideally in a global company
Solid knowledge of Danish payroll and tax regulations (Nordic experience is a plus!)
A structured, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy
A love for working with systems, data, and process optimization
A collaborative spirit and the ability to work independently
Fluency in Danish and English (other Nordic languages are a bonus)
