Position Summary: As a Senior Retail Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in growing SqD's market share with Home Depot. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve or exceed sales quotas by nurturing existing business and developing new business opportunities outside of class 8.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement strategies to expand SqD's market share with Home Depot. This role will support existing class 8 growth opportunities offers with a focus on class 2.
Create comprehensive business plans outlining revenue and unit targets, as well as individual product category targets, and review them with sales management.
Collaborate in designing and executing the go-to-market strategy for latest offers beyond class 8.
Assist in analytics for expanding current (Class 8) offers and future offers (class 2) ensuring regular tracking and reporting of progress.
Help manage forecast accuracy for class 2 and 8 (Wiring devise and Circuit Protection)
Coordinate with the Director, NAM, Ops, GSC and Product Management to align sales projections.
Assist with reporting to help optimize inventory levels for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing initiatives, ensuring maximum brand exposure and growth.
Manage administrative tasks for class 2 and 8 with support from the field Sales team.
Serve as a liaison between offer management, BDM(s), and sales teams for class 2
Education/Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of sales experience (or equivalent) with a proven track record of achieving results.
Exceptional relationship-building skills.
Outstanding communication skills.
Solid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account profit and loss (P&L) management.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
