or a The Service Administration Intern in our newly created Service Hub to lead and support our teams in different countries.
What you will do:
The Service Administration Intern supports the Service organization in the accurate and efficient administration of service orders and maintenance contracts. This role provides hands-on experience in service operations, order handling, billing processes, and coordination with multiple internal stakeholders, while learning how service delivery is managed in an international environment.
Key responsibilities:
Create and maintain service orders and service contracts in ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
Support billing and invoicing processes, ensuring contractual and timing accuracy
Assist in the administrative coordination of service activities with technicians, planners, and team leaders
Maintain and update order, contract, and master data in internal service tools
Support revenue recognition and follow up on service order status
Help collect and verify billing documentation (service reports, delivery notes, invoices)
Assist with purchase requisitions and minor orders, including tracking delivery and service dates
Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service execution
Contribute to continuous improvement of service administration processes
What we need from you:
Ongoing university studies, preferably in business, economics, logistics, or a related field
Skills that will make you successful in your new position: Attention to details, logical and analytical mindset
Interest in service operations, order management, and administrative processes
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong organizational and follow-up skills
Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel
Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP knowledge is an advantage)
Advanced English and German active knowledge is essential (both spoken and written).
Open mindset, willingness to learn, and team-oriented attitud
What we offer:
Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20-30 hours/week, but preferably more with a possibility of home office
