Key responsibilities:
• Drive the growth of Schneider Electric's customer training business.
• Foster st rong relationships with internal partners and promote our training center's offerings.
• Oversee financial performance, ensure operational efficiency, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, inspire teams, and develop talent.
• Understand and anticipate customer needs, delivering tailored training solutions.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills, and manage risks effectively.
• Leverage your deep knowledge of Schneider Electric's offerings to deliver exceptional customer value.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
• University degree in Business Engineering or equivalent
• 5 to 8 Years' technical experience and good mastery of SE equipment
• Is experienced in managing a revenue generating unit
• Has experience working with multiple internal and external parties
• Has knowledge of and experience in end-to-end operations processes
• Has the ability to communicate effectively and run training center presentations and walkthroughs
• Passionate about learning everyday
• Fluent in English, French
