    Position summary

    • Pre-Construction: Coordinate preparations with internal teams, define assembly methods, and set up site infrastructure.

    • Site Operations: Lead daily activities in compliance with contracts, quality standards, and Swedish regulations. Support technical coordination as needed.

    • Quality Assurance: Implement site-specific quality plans, oversee product integration, and ensure proper testing and documentation.

    • Reporting: Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of "As Built" documentation.

    • Project Closure: Manage end-of-project reviews and finalize documentation with the Project Manager.

    • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Enforce Swedish HSE standards, conduct inspections, manage incidents, and monitor safety KPIs.

    What will help you succeed:

    • Suitable education background such as degree in electronics, electrical, mechanical, or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through working

    • Previous experience in site or project management within construction or industrial environments

    • Great understanding of Swedish building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations

    • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external teams and communicate effectively

    • Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage
