Demonstrated expertise in electromechanical and electrotechnical systems integration
Strong background in creating and validating complex technical solutions with proven problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in system analysis, simulation tools, and verification methodologies
Excellence in cross-functional team leadership and project management
Outstanding communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts across diverse audiences
8+ years of engineering experience in the power distribution equipment segment
Knowledge of low voltage power distribution equipment and relevant Codes and Standards
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
Ability to work independently and remain productive with minimal supervision
Highly collaborative and able to foster cooperation across teams
Proven ability to lead projects, drive results, and navigate obstacles
Proficiency in PTC CREO 3D Modeling and SEEXP
Familiarity with manufacturing BOMs and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience leading Engineering design projects and clearly communicate technical requirements
Strong analytical skills
Minimal travel (up to 10%)
