What will you do?
Support the Strategy and Sustainability team in driving key initiatives aligned with Schneider Electric's sustainability goals
Conduct research and analysis on sustainability-related topics, trends, and best practices
Assist with data management, documentation, and knowledge sharing across teams
Contribute to internal reporting and communication efforts

Preferred Requirements
Background: We welcome applicants from all academic disciplines; however, candidates with a master's degree or an engineering background will be favorably considered
Agile Learner: Quick to grasp new concepts, adaptable, and eager to explore new ideas
Independent Thinker: Demonstrates the ability to think independently and approach problems with a critical and analytical mindset
Insightful Analyst: Capable of absorbing and analyzing large volumes of information from diverse sources to distill key insights
Collaborative Communicator: Able to work with diverse stakeholders and take initiative
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with data tools is a plus
Passionate about Sustainability: Interest or background in sustainability, energy, climate action and business strategy
