    Key Responsibilities

    1. Market & Customer Insight

    • Conduct deep market, regulatory, and competitive analyses across the global data center and mission-critical segments.

    • Engage directly with hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprise operators, consulting engineers, and critical-facility stakeholders to understand evolving applications (AI, Edge, hybrid cloud).

    • Translate insights into actionable strategies that influence portfolio evolution and commercial priorities.

    2. Portfolio & Innovation Strategy

    • Define segment-specific architectures, applications, and differentiated value propositions for data center power distribution, critical protection, digital monitoring, and sustainability solutions.

    • Reimagine the innovation roadmap to support emerging needs such as high-density power, redundancy architectures, energy management, sustainability certifications, thermal management interactions, and digital twin applications.

    • Drive alignment across offers and platforms to ensure a unified strategy for mission-critical segments.

    3. Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment

    • Partner with Leagues, Engineering, Innovation, Commercial, Segment, and Channel leaders to drive end-to-end alignment across critical applications.

    • Mobilize teams across divisions to increase synergy for cross-portfolio initiatives such as data center electrical architectures, integrated digital ecosystems, and standardized global platforms.

    • Champion strong collaboration across hubs, regions, and strategic accounts.

    4. Commercial & GTM Strategy

    • Evaluate and optimize GTM channels specific to data center and mission-critical customers, including E-OEM, Cooling OEM, consulting engineers, EPCs, integrators, and global account teams.

    • Conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and standards/codes analysis (e.g., Uptime Institute, NFPA 70, IEC, IEEE).

    • Translate insights into actionable commercial strategies for rapid and differentiated market penetration.

    5. Strategic Growth Opportunities

    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and M&A opportunities related to data center ecosystems (digital monitoring, microgrids, thermal, power quality, AI infrastructure, and resiliency technologies).

    • Facilitate investment case building and support decision-making on emerging growth areas.

    6. Corporate Strategy Support

    • Contribute to strategic deep dives, Board-level materials, and broader corporate strategy initiatives related to electrification, digitalization, and resiliency in critical applications.
