• Develop the processes around streamlined End-to-End firmware testing, including test automation.

• Ensure effective resource allocation to squads according to targets

• Own the test strategy and implementation

• Own the hiring process and resource plan

What will help you succeed:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree from a relevant field

• Previous experience on leading the team as supervisor, team leader, project management or similar positions is an advantage

• Strong expertise from the domain of emdedded software (firmware) is preferable

• Understanding of embedded software development process

• Global mindset with effective collaboration with stakeholders from both technical and offer management teams.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Understanding of Agile development and processes
