    Position summary

    • Motivación del personal , seguimiento a barreras (SIM).

    • Administrar al personal de almacén y MPH: entrenamientos bajo procedimientos y prácticas, certificaciones, nomina, bajas y altas, etc.

    • Coordinar entrenamientos en VIMs.

    • Coordinación de soporte en tiempos extras, seguimiento a urgentes de material.

    • Gestión y control de requisiciones de compra del área acorde a necesidades.

    • Asegurar la calidad de los datos maestros de almacén en sistema SAP.

    • Responsable de seguimiento e investigación de incidentes, aspectos impactos de movimientos en el área

    • Gestionar mejora continua en el área, optimización de rutas de surtimiento, monitoreo de rutas y reabastecimiento correcto.

    • Optimización de uso de almacén, reacomodo de localidades con base a FMR (parametrización) buscando optimizar MPH.

    • Implementación y soporte en proyectos de mejora continua (eventos kaizen).

    • Colaboración como champion en puntos de SPS 4B Warehouse Arquitecture y 4D MPH.

    • Monitoreo y control de errores de sistema: YMFCs. Tos. PK50. In transit Aging (investigacion y análisis de causa raíz)
