Job Description
ServiceNow is looking for a high achieving Lead Development Representative (LDR) to join our expanding Global Sales Development team. You will play a role in qualifying leads, profiling prospects and customers and giving feedback on which campaigns generate the best leads. Working in collaboration with Sales Development Reps and Field Sales professionals, your primary goal is to identify and qualify opportunities for the team you support.
What you get to do in this role:
The Lead Development Representative builds sales pipeline while achieving monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
Follow up on Marketing-generated leads to qualify them for potential Sales opportunities
Manage all inbound leads to Sales acceptance
Work with Marketing in completing multiple demand generation campaigns
Invite and bring attendance to company events and regional trade shows
Understand how ServiceNow solutions address customer pain points
Research target accounts for prospecting activities, building prospecting contact lists and company/account mappings
Maintain contact information within the CRM, providing the account team with information to ensure opportunities are understood and next steps are identified
Use our technology to manage marketing leads
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
A creative and customer-focused mindset
A basic understanding of Cloud computing and SaaS offerings
Ability to differentiate ServiceNow to customers
Travel for training or meetings may occasionally be required
