"If you get the opportunity, do it! Like many companies ServiceNow is still a work in progress in this area, but they are working hard and doing a great job."

"It’s growing up it’s next evolution of a company. There’s a lot to do to bring inscalable structures and processes and a lot of people still want to move very quickly. The balance is a little tricky but the opportunity to see this type of growth is massive."

"ServiceNow is a top-notch company with awesome benefits, a cool work culture, and a great work-life balance. They have good health insurance, a 401(k), and really good parental leave! The team culture is all about working together, sharing ideas, and valuing diversity. And the work-life balance is on point with options to work from home and flex schedules. "
