"That there are amazing groups for support and ally's that will support you along the way. The maternity leaving isn't the best but way better than offered in most places in the country."
"I have been working at ServiceNow for about 3 years, and since my time working here, our benefits for women have gotten _better_ over time! The company's main goal for 2020 was pay equality and they have achieved that & broadcasted it to the company in our latest diversity report. ServiceNow has established a belonging group for women at ServiceNow, and the group invests in diversity and inclusion for women at ServiceNow. ServiceNow actively hires and promotes women more and more as time goes on. My development team is almost half and half women and men. The benefits for women at ServiceNow are great as well. 6months paid maternity leave for every woman and man, regardless of geological location. It's amazing to work for a company that cares about your wellbeing, growth, and career path. "
"ServiceNow has definitely stepped up conversations about promoting Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. Now for the first time each member of the executive team has specific DIB goals they are held accountable for. A lot of progress still needs to be made in mentoring, sponsoring, and promoting women in leadership roles, but the company seems genuinly interested in making progress."

"My manager is supportive of my school age children being home for distance learning. I need to work “non-traditional hours” and appreciate the flexibility I am offered to get my job done and still be accessible to my children. "

"I love the flexibility that I have and the autonomy while getting my work done. The leadership is great about involving everyone who wants to participate in projects to shape the future of the team and company."
