"ServiceNow is a great place to work for women. It is the most family-friendly company I've ever worked at and offers great flexibility. The culture is very special – everyone I've met enjoys working here and really engages with leadership and colleagues during events, etc. "

"Don't!! The mental exhaustion from dodging stupid policies, practices and petty individuals isn't worth whatever they promise you. Don't believe the 'rapid growth', you can drive your own career - it's not true."

"Great company with some fantastic and inspiring leaders. Requires a lot of mental focus and commitment - long hours are pretty standard and expected. Described as a 'rocketship' and everyone is working very hard to get that rocket to the moon"

"Consider your appetite for long hours and lots of work. It's sometimes incredibly hard to balance even without children. "

"This is a company that walks the talk. In addition to being one of the most innovative companies out there, they're deeply invested in the culture and values; this is a truly purpose-driven company. Having been at ServiceNow for several years, I've been given numerous opportunities for development and growth. I've always felt supported, included and heard as a woman in tech, and there is no other company I'd rather be a part of."

"I've been at ServiceNow for 10 months now and it's been the best career decision to join. Everyday, I'm constantly inspired by our executive leadership team and my immediate manager for their authenticity in how they lead. We acknowledge that we still have a long road ahead when it comes to diversity and inclusion, and the entire organization is united to continue challenging the status quo and we always welcome different thoughts and diverse perspectives. ServiceNow is growing rapidly and it's an exciting time to join if you are not afraid of challenges and working in a fast paced environment! "

"There are ongoing efforts to improve diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Sales and engineering are still predominantly male. "

"Be careful! Ask questions! Protect yourself and document EVERYTHING. Don't trust HR to be your advocate or friend - they aren't in it for you. Be observant and watch how the culture encourages back-stabbing, competition and dishonesty."

"You will be sidelined and will regularly hear/see sexist comments from management. You'll hear women whispering to each other about it. Leadership falsely says that they prioritize diversity and inclusion, but you will be reminded each day that you are not welcome at the table."

"ServiceNow has changed a lot in the last few years with much more focus on creating a great culture and developing and supporting employees to "treat people beautifully". There are some employees who've grown up here and have a more old school mentality, but I've been impressed by how open they are to learning and changing. Definitely still on the journey, but this is a company with growth mindset and is evolving quickly."

"With the new CEO and CHRO in the last year and change, the culture is quickly changing from good to great. They are making a very conscious effort to groom women leaders and are constantly looking at fair pay for all employees. All of this on top of being a rocket ship of a company with incredible products. "

"It is a very toxic culture in the marketing organization which is run by a bully and micromanager. The new CEO seems to have a vision to make ServiceNow a great place to work but needs to remove the CMO if he s going to attract more female talent. "
