Job Description
Customer Outcomes GTM team has a need to have a role in driving complex strategic deals and engage at an executive level in solution designs for large enterprise workflows such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Hire to Retire, Record to Report, etc.
This role would be charged with engaging with Services Account Executive to have executive-level conversations and evangelize the platform's current and emerging capabilities.
The role would need to engage closely with the Solution Consultant (+Enterprise Architecture and Inspire when present) assigned to a customer to ensure the account and implementation strategy lead to the same vision.
In addition, the role will be responsible for engaging with ServiceNow's executive team to understand and contribute to innovation opportunities in the market and platform. The Services Sales Architect will also participate in industry solutioning across verticals such as FinServ, Manufacturing, Technology, etc.

Provide technical and strategic thought leadership to clients in partnership with the Services Account Executives on how to best leverage ServiceNow Technologies.
Develop deep personal relationships with clients and be a 'trusted advisor'.
Engage with Services Account Executives and SW sales teams to craft beneficial commercial relationships to our clients and partner ecosystem.
Engage with the strategy office and industry vertical teams to participate in innovation and future capabilities.
Participate in large Services and Licensing pursuits.
You will integrate with the Delivery community & learn how the Expert Services team operates to deliver high-quality and effective solutions for our customers.
You will create customer-facing deliverables describing services proposals and Statements of Work helping customers achieve successful business outcomes.
You will lead the implementation strategy solutioning with the customer to ensure an at-scale product adoption and create even more demand for the ServiceNow platform.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
15+ years experience in the IT Services industry.
ServiceNow experience - minimum of 3-5 years
Demonstrable experience in positioning strategic implementation platform strategies for professional services
Consultative sales experience as an Enterprise Architect in IT or customer environment.
Strong know-how on implementing platform strategies in Greenfield, Back2Baseline and integration scenarios
Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships within the internal and external ecosystem, ensuring proper engagement with core teams and customers
Skilled at concisely summarizing salient points to executives and thorough understanding of cloud application technology and trends
Validated track record of meeting and exceeding quota and key success metrics
Ability to segment opportunities and complex deal situations and identify appropriate investment of resources
Cross-functional teamwork skills. Able to navigate tough conversations and challenging meetings with business partners
Display a balance of strategic and tactual skills with a high level of intellectual agility.
Strong focus on ownership and execution against deadlines while managing multiple opportunities at a time.
50% of travel required

Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
