    What You'll Do

    • Manage food operations, including café dining and catering.

    • Ensure proper execution of high-quality catering ranging from continental breakfast to plated dining events.

    • Work with our onsite client to achieve company and client financial targets and goals.

    • Develop and maintain high level client and customer relationships.

    • motivate, coach, mentor, and develop management staff.

    • Ensure that Sodexo standards are met including compliance with company food and physical safety programs.

    What You Bring

    • Experience with multiple unit or food service operations.

    • Proven track record of managing and developing managers.

    • Demonstrated experience with managing P&L statements

    • Ability to interact face to face regularly with clients and customers.

    • Experience with B2B Food Management companies is a plus.
