    Position summary

    MMS

    • Manage PM and calibration schedules, job plans, and work orders in CMMS

    • Handle GMP and non-GMP assets (buildings, systems, equipment, instruments)

    • Assist facility specialists with documentation and implementation tasks

    • Help prepare and maintain operations and maintenance plans

    • Perform system tasks like reporting, data analysis, and transactions

    • Contribute to team initiatives (e.g., testing, work instructions, updates) and support drafting of process documents, flows, and status reports

    • Identify issues and propose solutions within set processes

    • Apply technical knowledge to perform basic analysis and tasks

    • Assist during audits/inspections by providing necessary documentation.

    • Perform other assigned duties as needed

    • Follow detailed instructions and standard procedures

    What You Bring

    • 2+ years' experience in CMMS data support, operations, or customer service.

    • Experience with Maximo is a plus

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication

    • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills

    • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio).

    • Ability to identify deviations from standard practices

    • Familiarity with cGMP; applies daily

    • Uses judgment within defined procedures to determine actions
