    Manage and restock bar inventory, ensuring all necessary supplies, including liquor, beer, wine, and garnishes, are readily available.
-   **POS & Transactions**:  
      
    Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for order entry and process cash, credit, and debit card transactions.
-   **Safety & Hygiene**:  
      
    Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.
-   **ID Verification**:  
      
    Check identification to verify legal drinking age for all customers.
-   **Team Collaboration**:  
      
    Work effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
-   **Opening & Closing**:  
      
    Assist with opening and closing duties, including setup, inventory checks, cash handling, and closing procedures.

  
  
Requirements & Skills  
  
-   Proven experience working as a bartender in a busy environment.
-   Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and different types of alcohol.
-   Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective guest interaction.
-   Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and handle a high volume of orders.
-   Excellent customer service skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
-   Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills for cash handling.
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
-   Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
-   TIPS Training certification.
