Principal Function:
The Concessions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of concession stands during events at F&M Bank Arena. This includes supervising staff, ensuring consistent product quality, enforcing food safety standards, and delivering excellent guest service. The Concessions Supervisor works closely with management to coordinate setup, service, and breakdown, while also assisting with inventory, cash handling, and team training.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a hands-on approach to supporting the concessions team during peak service hours.
Essential Responsibilities:
Supervise and support concessions staff, ensuring efficient and friendly service.
Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of assigned concession stands.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control according to company standards.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including OSHA and local health codes.
Handle product restocking before, during, and after events.
Provide training and guidance to team members to uphold Sodexo Live! standards.
Act as a point of contact for resolving guest concerns or operational issues during events.
