What You'll Do

• Partner with clients to unlock operational efficiencies and drive strategic business growth

• Strategic Business Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in financial oversight, including deep understanding of profit and loss (P&L) management and budget optimization.

• Customer-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build lasting client relationships and deliver outstanding service experiences.

• Inspirational Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities focused on mentoring, staff development, and cultivating high-performing, collaborative teams.

• Facilities Management Excellence: Proven success in leading complex facilities operations, backed by measurable achievements and operational improvements.

• Technical Proficiency: Robust knowledge across core systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety, architectural, landscaping, and energy management.

• Certifications & Education: Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) designation preferred; bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field strongly desired.
