What You'll Do
Workplace Design:
Collaborate with operations and project management teams to design and execute unique food, beverage, and workplace events that engage and surprise employees.
Create and promote innovative programs that inspire employees to return to the office and enhance their workplace experience.
Ensure seamless creative and operational alignment, balancing engaging content with functional, practical execution.
Partner with ERGs to construct their vision into a full fledge event
Creative Solutioning
Spearhead creative projects, transforming ideas into innovative solutions that support business objectives and enhance employee experience.
Facilitate brainstorming and creative workshops, working alongside cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful concepts.
Deliver creative projects that bolster brand identity and drive customer engagement.
Driving Innovation
Lead innovation-driven projects that push boundaries and redefine operational efficiency, service offerings, and products.
Identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives that elevate business performance across multiple areas.
Monitor the outcomes of innovation projects, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure ongoing success.
Project Management
Lead and manage a portfolio of projects across different stages, from ideation to execution, ensuring they reflect the strategic direction and goals of the organization.
Provide consistent guidance, mentorship, and performance tracking to project teams, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scopes are adhered to.
Optimize resource allocation and proactively manage risks to ensure the smooth flow of projects.
Marketing Campaigns
Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage audiences and drive results.
Ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly-on time, within scope, and in alignment with brand vision and objectives.
Provide comprehensive updates and performance reports to stakeholders, showcasing the impact of marketing initiatives.
New Template & Asset Design
Lead the design and development of standardized project templates, ensuring they are adaptable, functional, and in line with brand standards.
Work collaboratively with outsourced teams to ensure templates meet business requirements, providing them with the tools to succeed.
Regularly review and refresh templates to keep them aligned with the latest trends and organizational needs.
Communication Strategies
Design and execute communication strategies that foster engagement with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure a consistent, clear, and compelling message across all communication platforms, reinforcing the company's mission and values.
Manage communication channels effectively, driving high levels of interaction and feedback.
Photography / Videography
Lead the coordination of photography and videography projects that elevate brand messaging and marketing initiatives.
Work closely with creative teams, photographers, and vendors to ensure high-quality, impactful imagery that resonates with target audiences and tells our story.
Oversee the timely delivery of visual content, managing image selection for all media uses to ensure brand consistency.
Content Creation
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop engaging content across digital platforms such as social media, websites, and more.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's branding and messaging strategies, amplifying the brand's voice.
Foster creativity while maintaining strategic focus to produce content that resonates with diverse audiences.
AI Platforms / Implementation
Champion the execution of AI platform projects, steering them from conception to delivery, ensuring they are aligned with both technological advancements and business strategies.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions smoothly across the organization.
Oversee that all AI projects meet the highest standards for quality, compliance, and innovation.

What You Bring
Corporate services / workplace experience, particularly in the tech industry.
Experience managing large, multifaceted projects across multiple domains.
Proficient in design software such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator.
Some graphic design experience.
Familiar with Google workspace
