Facilities / Engineering Manager 2

imum of 2 years managing and supervising Maintenance team, skilled construction trades, overall building repairs, 5 years of hands-on experience is preferred

• Have Strong working knowledge of HVAC (troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC repairs), skilled construction trades, electrical and plumbing knowledge, and overall building repairs

• Be experienced using CMMS systems, completing work orders, conducting QA audits, assigning and following up on work orders, as well as implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program efficiently

• The ability to train, present, interact with C Suite clients and all skilled trades
