    What You'll Do

    • Provide leadership and training to team members, fostering development and excellence.

    • Control unit financials, ensuring budget adherence and cost management.

    • Direct daily food operations, maintaining quality and safety standards.

    • Supervise day-to-day activities, delegating authority and assigning priorities.

    • Monitor and continuously improve operational standards for efficiency and service quality.

    • Establish and maintain a safe work environment while supporting workplace inclusion initiatives.
