Job Overview:
The Marketing Supervisor for the Los Angels region will support and execute marketing initiatives across our venues, enhancing the guest experience and drive event awareness. The role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to create, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that enhance the unit's brand, attract new business, and foster positive relationships with the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the four units, including digital, print, and event-specific campaigns.
Work closely with internal teams to design marketing materials, advertisements, and social media content to drive awareness and attendance for events.
Ensure all marketing materials and communications are aligned with Sodexo Live! and the client's brand standards.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth, new audiences, and innovative marketing channels.
Work closely with event organizers, promoters, and vendors to ensure effective marketing and outreach for each unit.
Track and report on the performance of marketing efforts using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, community outreach, or public relations.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing techniques, social media management, and content creation.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Creative thinker with an ability to innovate and execute marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.).
Experience in the hospitality, event management, or food and beverage industry.
