    What You Bring

    • 7+ years of healthcare facilities management experience within large or multi-site systems.

    • CHFM certification preferred.

    • Deep expertise in healthcare regulatory and life safety standards.

    • Strong understanding of building systems, utilities, and healthcare infrastructure.

    • Proven ability to lead compliance initiatives and reduce survey findings.

    • Experience with CMMS platforms, enterprise tools, and Microsoft Office.

    • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.

    • Willingness to travel up to 70% across North America.
