What You'll Do
Manage daily patient meal operations and frontline staff;
Conduct patient rounding to drive satisfaction;
Ensure regulatory compliance and food safety;
Assist with retail operations as needed;
Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff

What You Bring
At least 2 years lead food management experience with a focus on patient services and satisfaction;
The ability to be creative and innovative;
A strong working knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines;
A commitment to quality and customer service;
Excellent leadership and communication skills;
Provide direction, guidance, and supervision of patient hospitality to employees at patient care units;
Serve as senior and primary representative of patient care activities

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
