The successful candidate will:
Client Relationship Management:
Develop, manage, and maintain all aspects of client relationships, including aligning cross functional teams in finance, sales, value analysis, marketing to grow and retain assigned clients, expansion of the Web of Influence.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients throughout the onboarding process.
Develop strong client relationships by understanding their needs, educating them about GPO benefits, and ensuring clear communication.
Onboarding Coordination:
Manage the entire onboarding process, from contract finalization to client system setup.
Work closely with internal teams (sales, Client Services National Account Executive, IT, Business Development & Supply Management) to ensure seamless and timely integration.
Ensure clients are fully informed about pricing structures, vendor relationships, and how to access our cost-saving programs in EPIQ.
Training & Support:
Schedule training sessions for new clients on how to use the GPO platform, vendor systems, and reporting tools.
Provide continued support during the onboarding period, addressing any issues or concerns.
Data Collection & Compliance:
Collect and validate necessary documents from clients, ensuring that all legal, financial, and operational requirements are met.
Ensure clients are set up properly in our system, including data integration and vendor alignments.
Client Success & Follow-up:
Monitor client usage and satisfaction levels during the initial onboarding phase to proactively address any concerns.
Work with account managers to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing client support.
Conduct post-onboarding surveys and gather feedback to improve the onboarding process.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the onboarding process.
Collaborate with other departments to refine training materials, communication templates, and system features
Ensure the achievement of established financial targets through planning, implementation, and review of dynamic business plans, taking into consideration short- and long-term goals, resources needed and scope of service.
Responsible for the day-to-day management and overall strategy of Entegra Procurement Services client relationships within a segment. This position brings all cross functional departments together to retain, grow and strategize growth in assigned clients.

Industry GPO experience is a plus.
Over 5+ years expertise in the Hospitality/Lodging/Restaurant/Senior Living space
Strong client facing skills.
Strong communication skills.
Financial acumen.
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft suite of products (eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to demonstrate results.
Experience having owned the relationship with the client.

Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 5 years
Basic Functional Experience - 3 years in supply chain or purchasing
