The ideal candidate has:
a strong culinary background, with demonstrated experience staying current with culinary trends
excellent leadership and communication skills with a deep focus on superior customer service
previous experience working in a high-volume facility/setting such as restaurants, banquet halls, or busy corporate dining settings
experience maintaining health and safety logs and knowledge of food safety requirements
strong understanding of financials (labor and materials cost)
a passion for food and innovation
