J.D. from an ABA accredited law school (or foreign equivalent)
Eligible to practice law in the U.S.
10+ years of experience working in a top-tier entertainment law firm and/or in-house legal department at a social network, or major TV, film, or podcast studio/network
Expertise in copyright law and legal issues relating to content licensing and digital distribution
Expertise in multifaceted content development and distribution
Excellent analytical and written/oral communication skills
Team player with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Comfortable working in a company experiencing rapid change
Creative problem solver, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

The United States base range for this position is $209,655-$299,507, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays.
