"Great place to work, especially for women. You can’t beat the 6 month maternity leave. Lots of women in leadership positions. Actively inclusive environment. "

"negotiate your salary and if they will not budge, walk away. The company is hell bent on not being competitive with the marketplace. if you decide to come on, just know that salaries and increases are not equal between men and women. "
