3) Drive sales operational requirements & reporting; following up on results versus targets.
4) Actively undertake account management and development of existing customer base
5) Drive sales development initiatives like Visibility programs, Distribution expansion and efficiency building programs. In addition, help the immediate manager in designing / recommending market development initiatives basis competitor activities and market intelligence.
6) Ensure receivables are within agreed company norms, Credit Control is implemented while planning sales for the month and beyond.
7) Play an active role in resolving any customer service-related matters, conflicts and escalate any issues to immediate manager for timely resolution
8) Drive sales automation programs and data analysis using latest IT tools for superior results
9) Effective utilization of Brand Investment in Planning and Executing various promotional activities, activations etc.
10) Ensure timely MOU/LOI with accounts and deliverables as per agreed terms.
