"Don't waste your time working for Beam Suntory if you are a female. The men are ushered into promotional opportunity after promotional opportunity. Women are barely acknowledged yet expected to share all of their thinking, knowledge and work with men who then get accolades and promotions. It is terrible. Equally bad for people of color."

"Leadership is almost 100% men - only one woman in the c-suite. Most women in VP, director, or team leaf roles eventually leave due to culture, unequal pay/compensation, and lack of opportunity. Flex work schedules are still frowned upon in HQ, and no fertility coverage. Decent maternity leave. "

"We implemented a flexible schedule option, but majority of leaders frown upon it. They want faces in the office and bottoms in their seats especially on Monday and Friday. WFH on Monday and Friday is against policy. Despite policy changes, the culture has not followed suit. "
