Responsible for product quality and performing routine QC checks in line with Suntory Global Standards
Support Achievement of Production Scorecard KPIs (CTP; OEE; Performance; Labour CPC; CTC; PTC; EOL Audits (RFT); Glass Breakage)
Support Continuous Improvement by leading CI project initiatives
Uphold excellent housekeeping standards by applying 5S principles and participating in asset care processes, including 5S audits and improvements.
Qualifications
Lean Manufacturing
Understanding of Continuous Improvement Techniques is desirable
Understanding if Asset Care and User Driven Maintenance is desirable
Technical Skills
Experience in operating key machinery, preferably within the food and beverage sector
Familiarity with Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and safety protocols is beneficial.
Knowledge of SAP systems is advantageous.
Education & Qualifications
Basic Literacy & Numeracy Skills (or equivalent)
Experience
Previous Bottling industry experience is essential
