Role Responsibilities
Advocacy, Events & Experiences
Coordinate all external live events including Wimbledon and festivals programme
Own and manage the Sipsmith Student Brand Ambassador (SBA) programme annually, ensuring each intake is recruited and onboarded effectively
Ensure SBA's have a rewarding experience working on the brand and that the programme supports the achievement of wider Brand Experience goals
Manage Sipsmith's Brand Experience & Event assets, working collaboratively to utilise these both on-site at the Distillery, but also to support other UK advocacy events and activations
Support the delivery and execution of Sipsmith events off-site in the UK in partnership with the Sipsmith Senior Brand Manager and the Vistor Centre Executive

Support the wider Visitor Centre team in the effective running of experiences, tours and events at the Distillery when needed
Act as back-up key-holder (to the Brand Experience Customer Service & Receptionist) and ensure safe closure of the site when required (will require a late finish; 9pm; when required)
Identify new revenue opportunities that are in line with Sipsmith brand objectives and that support the wider Suntory Global Spirits business
Act as an advocate for the Sipsmith Brand and the Distillery as an asset with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Qualifications and experience
Experience of delivering premium off-site brand experiences
Understanding of the role brand experience plays in building brand equity
Experience in utilising POS and brand assets, with an understanding of how to measure the success of their deployment
Business acumen including partnership and stakeholder management.
Brand and marketing astute, with an understanding of the gin category is advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a "can do" attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, and preferably have worked with SAP.
Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to deliver presentations to a wide and varied audience.
Strong drive and desire to succeed, with high levels of energy, focus and ambition.
Self-starter, flexible comfortable working in unstructured environment, and able to manage multiple priorities effortlessly
Team player with collaborative style and good listening skills. Culturally sensitive and proven ability to build credibility and excel in an international environment
