Category & Business insight
Collaborate with commercial planning manager to channel planning and business decisions using data insights
Ensure alignment of category insights with channel strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and finance
Read the market trend and competitor activities through not only the data/report analysis but also regular field visits (gemba' spirit)
Research & new system implementation
Collaborate with the APAC Commercial Excellence team, Global IT, Insight team on research and the development of new systems and tools, such as Retail Intelligence, Digital Census, and the Salesforce Renewal Project
ROI assessment
Cowork with channel & Commercial marketing managers, commercial team and Sales finance manager to assess pre/post ROI (BI/TI) for efficient resource allocations
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in business analysis, trade marketing or related fields.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
Proficiency in related software, such as Excel, Power BI
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Both of Korean/English)
Report writing and presentation skills.
