Finance Manager, GTR**

The primary purpose of the role is to business partner the commercial team and deliver the P&L for Travel Retail in GTR Global Accounts
The role also leads process improvement, standardization in GAA and initiatives for implementation of strategies. Requires collaboration with other teams such as S&OP, Customer Marketing and Revenue management tools and strategies.
Role Responsibilities
Business Planning and Reporting
Prepare Budget, Forecast and Customer Plan in line with planning cycles and deadlines.
Deliver monthly forecast with close coordination with other teams such as Customer Marketing, Commercial, S&OP and FP&A.
Monitor P&L by channel/ market/brand performance and provide insights to assist commercial team on business and financial improvement opportunities.
Provide material analysis vs Budget/FC till Brand Contribution and evaluate R&Os through S&OP.
Continue to build the culture of depletions vs shipments through existing tools
Safeguard investment levels for Global Accounts and ensure forecast robustness and accuracy around Trade Investment and Brand Investment.
Coordinate/support the Regional Business Review with cross functional teams and GAA leadership team to drive critical and insightful discussion.
Business Partnering through Analytics and Collaboration
Embed in daily WoW the use of planning tools and analytics such as Price Vol Mix and TPM to ensure proper use of funds to drive growth and be in line with strategy.
Collaborate and create solutions that gives business results with commercial teams using the applicable tools.
Support business cases and develop analysis to support business decisions.
Others
Play a proactive role in promoting financial impact and awareness within the commercial & customer marketing team
Challenge and drive improvements in current processes, control and compliance.
Responsible for following up monthly landing for Global Accounts and provide clarity about potential R&O's .
Qualifications
Degree qualified with finance or accounting qualification and relevant industry (e.g. FMCG) experience. Preferably experienced in regional Commercial Finance or FP&A role.
Experienced in writing succinct and insightful business performance reports, and summarizing business analysis
Strong in building financial models and data analytics
Cross Functional Working - proven experience in working proactively across commercial functions to deliver total business performance solutions
Stakeholder Engagement and Management - demonstrated experience in influencing and managing multiple stakeholders across geographies, building mutually beneficial, profit-focused business relationships
