    Role Responsibilities

    Strategy Formulation
    • Contribute to development of business plan and sales strategy for the state
    • Compiling sales forecast for the state
    • Support state sales team in creation of proposals for budget approvals, sales support etc.
    Business Performance Reporting and Analysis
    • Tracking and analysis of primary / secondary sales for different brands/SKUs as per Beam's Revenue Recognition Policy
    • Tracking score card (sales KPIs) for the state.
    • Coordination with sales team/ Trade Marketing team for reports
    • Tracking actual NSV against budget.
    • Tracking and analysis of Sales & Marketing spends against budget.
    • Providing Gap analysis and exceptions reports for state wise budget, volume/ rebates/ CPC etc.
    • Single point of contact for Sales reports/ SPRs/ A&Ps/ Sales Incentives/ Sales Forecast/ Sales Projects/ Sales Training coordination.
    • Preparing Sales review presentations.
    • Tracking activation (Customer & Consumer) efficiencies with pre. & post analysis, learning and recommendations.
    • Tracking Internal Market share with the help of sales team
    • Support in development of dashboards and performance management matrix on trends, gaps, shortfalls to help support Sales team on an ongoing basis
    • Designing other relevant trackers, as & when needed, for business growth &/or efficiency build up.

    • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel based data analysis and reporting
    • Ability to gather, view and analyze data/ information in detail and make recommendations for problem solving
    • Ability to interpret any mathematical information logically, identify trends and represent it visually
    • Task-orientated, responsible and autonomous, and continuous improvement minded.
    • Team-orientated work ethics (both on a team and corporate level) with specific attention to maintain transparency and a collaborative team spirit;

    Qualifications

    • Graduate/MBA with 4-6 years' experience.
