from inserting the sales order into our system and overseeing 3PL provider (customer service support & warehouse/logistics) to ensure the best-in-class level of service, together with our Inventory Analyst. Act as key point of contact for sales, customer and related teams to ensure global/regional priorities and roadmap are consistently deployed. Work closely with S&OP Manager and Supply Chain analyst to ensure optimal attendance of service for our internal and external customers.

Qualifications
Experience: At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a Customer Service role within the food and beverages industry, with hands-on exposure to order-to-cash processes in SAP.
Technical skills: Advanced to expert proficiency in Excel is required, and demonstrated experience with SAP Order to Cash (OTC) is mandatory.
Language skills: Intermediate English is mandatory for this role; Spanish proficiency is desirable.
Functional skills: Strong knowledge of sales order processing, delivery execution, credit control, and logistics coordination is expected.
Level of experience: Proven background in customer service with planning-related experience considered a strong advantage.
