porting, you will partner with Center of Excellence teams such as Total Rewards, Talent Management, Benefits and Mobility to ensure delivery of high impacting projects that will largely impact the employee experience. In addition, you will be secondary support to all other SuccessFactors modules and projects.
Role Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical liaison for all Onboarding & Employee Central Module Support in SuccessFactors including break /fix, release management, testing, requested enhancements, and introduction of new features
Key point of support and technical developer for all SuccessFactors Story, Table, Canvas and Dashboard reporting
Preparing and completing large data loads for employee, organization and/or position changes
Complete simple to moderately complex configuration requests, following established standards
Lead configuration requests that may support Compensation events (merit events, bonus plan adjustments, picklist changes etc.)
Drive collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system actions
Train cross-functional teams on system enhancements or release changes
Back up technical support for SuccessFactors Compensation, Recruiting, and Talent Modules
Qualifications
3+ years of SuccessFactors Onboarding & Employee Central Configuration and Reporting experience
3+ years of experience doing mass data loads in SuccessFactors
Intermediate knowledge of SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay modules configuration and support
Basic understanding of main components of the SuccessFactors Talent and Recruiting Modules
Formal training or certification in SuccessFactors Onboarding, Employee Central, and Compensation modules
Experience working in a global role and managing multiple countries/languages
5+ years as part of an HR organization (in an HR functional role or an HRIS role) (preferred)
Experience in data harmonization
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work during various time zones as needed for projects and/or meetings
Experience implementing or supporting HR Technology required
Knowledge of HR end to end lifecycle processes for an employee (preferred)
In office hybrid schedule in Chicago, IL - required
Salary Range - The salary range for this role, based in Chicago, is $90,000 - 100,000k, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, profit sharing, and medical and wellness benefits. The salary range is commensurate with the candidate's location, experience, and skillset.
