rica from purchase requisition through invoice payment. This position is pivotal in ensuring the timely and accurate payments for US and Canada suppliers as well as employee reimbursements. The PTP Manager will succeed by creating a culture of excellence, driving continuous improvements, maintaining a healthy supplier portfolio, and building internal and external relationships. This role reports to the Director, US Global Business Services.
Play a critical role in the operational management of Suntory Global Spirits's financial records and internal controls
Collaborate with key stakeholders and regional management, empowered to make decisions and deliver solutions to business partners
Create automation and innovate ways of working to solve business-wide issues
Role Responsibilities
Direct high performance local team in accounts payable, treasury support, procurement services, travel & entertainment, and corporate card management
Maintain consistent daily oversight of activities performed by remote support team
Set priorities for the team including specific goals and performance targets; leverage team strengths to improve DPO, discount capture and other working capital levers
Drive efficiency gains and ensure the high quality of customer service and risk management
Investigate and resolve aged transactions for supplier accounts in US and Canada and other accounts identified by senior management
Track and publish KPI team performance including invoice processing, purchase order creation, expense auditing, and payment processing and benchmark against other sites
Ensure effective line item management for a diverse supplier portfolio including domestic and international companies across a wide array of industries
Document end to end process flows to identify key areas of improvement
Partner with PTP Global Process Leader and Sourcing team to develop and achieve shared strategic business objectives
Prepare effective presentations and deliver timely updates to upper management
Monitor goods received not invoiced (GRNI) including reporting, communication, and escalation of aged balances
Develop materials and provide periodic training with other departments to outline procure to pay and travel management processes
Collaborate on various projects to promote long-term performance and expansion of services in end to end processes
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree or international equivalent
A minimum of 5 years people leadership experience in procure to pay activities
Ability to meet deadlines for multiple stakeholders
Strong problem solving & change management skills
Demonstrated data driven approach
2-3 years in a shared services environment
SAP ERP experience
SAP Concur experience
Familiar with source to pay technology - Ariba, Coupa
