Promote the "Private Barrel Program" in China, maintaining relationships with core VIP clients and providing customized brand experience services.
Team Collaboration & Training
Work closely with the sales team to provide product knowledge and brand story training to frontline staff, enhancing their professional recommendation capabilities.
Manage external advertising agencies and vendors to ensure creative output meets brand tone and is delivered on time.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of marketing experience in well-known spirits brands (especially Whisky or premium spirits), with at least 2 years of team or project management experience.
Proven track record of successful brand revitalization or large-scale marketing campaigns is preferred.
Professional Skills
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of whisky (especially whisky cocktail ) production processes, flavor profiles, and global market trends.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills (frequent liaison with US HQ or APAC teams required).
Digital Literacy: Proficient in MS Office with strong data analysis skills to guide marketing decisions through data insights.
