In this role, you will have exposure to APAC markets, enhancing your HR knowledge and experience. you will have the chance to work with various HR functions, cross-functional departments locally and globally. You will also have the opportunity to participate in projects, working on HR Technology - Success Factors, and implement process improvement along the way.
Role Responsibilities
Acts as a regional resource as part of the APAC People Solutions team, mainly provides HR shared services for Taiwan, Australia, and New Zealand; supports other APAC markets on ad hoc basis.
Collaborates with market HR Business Partners, regional Centre of Excellence Teams, cross-functional teams (Payroll, Finance, Sales etc.), and multiple external vendors in ensuring all local HR programs and policies are executed according to company policies and local regulations.
Supports HR programs and policies including onboarding, offboarding staffing, compensation, benefits, relocation, visa processing, leave system, employee relations and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Handles employee, manager, stakeholder's issues/inquiries that cannot be addressed through self-service and uses independent judgment in making decisions based on established methods and procedures.
Involve in regional/global HR projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Essential
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources
Experience working with HR Systems
English and Mandarin proficiency is required
Meticulous and attention to detail and delivers high-quality results
Awareness to adapt to build relations and work with stakeholders across various cultures
Independent and able to function as a team player with employee-oriented mindset
Demonstrates good learning agility and embraces change
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Concentration in HR related field
Relevant HR certification
Experience working in a shared service environment
Expertise in one or more HR disciplines (recruitment, benefits, compensation, etc.) is a plus
Open to working in ambiguous environment and proactive to offer suggestions/ideas
