Role Responsibilities
60% - Assigned Projects: Lead fermentation and quality-focused projects, including data analysis and process optimization
20% - Networking and Mentoring: Engage with cross-functional teams and industry mentors
20% - Day-to-Day Support: Assist with distillery and laboratory operations
Qualifications
Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific discipline (preferred: rising senior)
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and listening skills
Physical Requirements
Ability to climb ladders and navigate stairs
Ability to walk moderate distances (up to ¼ mile)
Ability to tolerate periods of elevated temperatures
