Role Responsibilities
Achieve agreed sales volume, distribution, revenue targets and other objectives through effective territory management.
Build & drive profitable volume & brand mix growth in line with Suntory code, local laws and regulations
Increase brand presence and trials of strategically important brands
Assist the Assistant Sales manager in implementing company policies and procedures to meet business goals
Develop market intelligence to identify and grab new opportunities, recommend various programs, systems, processes and incentives which help beat competition.
Periodically train employees in their job responsibilities to ensure all efficiency parameters like coverage & visibility are driven in line with the company strategy. Monitor ongoing work, identify issues and provide solutions thru strong monthly business review mechanism
Develop safe, positive and achievement-oriented working environment
Implement continuous improvements of procedures and technology for operating excellence
Respond to the customer's queries and complaints in a timely manner
Qualifications
A graduate/MBA with 3 years' experience in On and Off Trade preferably with exposure to different RTM.
