    Position summary

ing and shape plans to improve Suntory's global brand-building capabilities. You will join the Global Brands & Capabilities arm of Suntory's global Strategy team. This is a high caliber team with a strong track record.

This role is a great career springboard within our business and presents opportunities for advancing within the Strategy function and pursuing other avenues e.g., in commercial / business development, marketing, and/or other roles. It is among a small number of roles in SGS that are uniquely positioned to give a broad and cross-functional view of the business from production - to brand strategy - to in-market distribution.

The role reports to the Sr. Director, Global Brands & Capabilities Strategy. 80%+ of day-to-day work will be done in close collaboration with one or both of the Strategy Directors in the team and ~20% directly with the Sr. Director - depending on specific projects.

    Role Responsibilities

Lead key projects, strategic / long-term planning and change management in support of the Global Brands Organization. As such, the role would collaborate primarily with 3 stakeholder groups:

[1] Global Brand Houses: SGS' cross-functional global brand teams (who, in turn, work hand-in-hand with our Supply Chain/Production units)

[2] Global Insights, Innovation and Marketing Excellence group

[3] Broader Strategy, Corporate Development/M&A and Finance community - at the Global/HQ level and in our 3 Regions (P&L-responsible units of SGS responsible for in-market business delivery)

This means that the role would undertake projects specific to certain brands, but also transversal projects that have relevance to the SGS strategy and ways-of-working broadly. This complex role would involve work on a broad range of topics and serves as a great set-up for accelerated learning and professional development:

    • Support project delivery and project management activities for strategic initiatives and projects. This will involve operating in a versatile manner, adapting to different levels of hands-on project involvement and ways of influencing the project work e.g., some projects will require 'consultative' involvement to give the work structure and a plan to enable others to drive the work effectively, others will be an opportunity for holistic project leadership including the scoping and delivery of the work

    • Drive targeted analytics to support key decision-making moments and to drive better clarity on the strategic options available. This will require taking a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to ensure analysis can be done efficiently and in support of a clear set of communication materials / outputs

    • Develop updates / presentations to senior stakeholders including the Executive Leadership Team (C-level leaders), Board of Directors, etc. aimed at gaining internal alignment. Working closely with the Brand House and other Marketing leadership teams, craft effective storytelling for these senior stakeholder meetings

    • Contribute to the Brand community's continuous learning efforts e.g., by proactively taking part in activities to bring outside-in insights
